We were on our way to our new home... for a while. The first place we lived was not exactly all we had hoped for. We sublet a furnished apartment from a man who posed as the owner, but was not. We only found out after the real owner showed up at our door and asked who we were and what we were doing in her house! Great, we thought, now we are going to be homeless!!
Not quite the case we, packed up all our belongings and moved up the hill. We landed a great HUGE apartment at the top of Queen Anne hill. It was in a lovey refurbished high school. From our balcony we could see the Space Needle. What fun!

The only down fall to being at the top of the hill was when it snowed! Yep, it does snow here, like an inch, but believe me the whole city practically shuts down. Can you imagine if Chicago shut down after an inch of snow? I mean, school closings and all!!

With the snow came the holidays and holiday parties; we had friends now, but something was still missing in our lives. I told Andi what we needed was a dog!!! She was not sold, but with perseverance and unwavering determination I won this battle. I got a little Tallulah for Christmas!!
